First Visit

If you were injured in an automobile or workplace accident, we can help!   Our combination of chiropractic care, physical therapy and exercise rehabilitation will have you feeling better and enjoying life again. Expect to spend about 1-2 hours in our office completing paperwork and having an initial doctor’s visit.   Bring with you:

• Insurance policy
• ID/birth certificate ( for children )
• Police report
• Claim number
• Where you were previously treated (if you were)

Attorney information *if you are a minor, please bring your parent or legal guardian to sign for you.   Your first visit with a chiropractor will begin with collecting medical history. After studying the medical history and conducting a diagnostic examination, the doctor will select a set of techniques that will give the patient the most positive results. In order to better secure the results obtained after the procedure, the doctor will develop an individual program consisting of exercises, which you will need to perform in a clinic under the supervision of the physicians.
